Suspected Killers of Moradeun Balogun, who was stabbed in Lagos, arrested

Moradeun Balogun’s death was a high profile one because of the circumstances under which she died.

Moradeun Balogun died on the second of December 2019 after being attacked on her way home from work and dispossessed of her belongings.

She was then rushed to the hospital but was reportedly refused treatment allegedly because the hospital refused to treat her without a police report.

The hospital released a statement, however, that they did not refuse her treatment, but she was referred to another hospital but died on her way there.

Her family, friends, and well-wishers took to social media to cry out following her death, demanding justice for the young lady who was preparing for her wedding.

It seems like justice will now be to Moradeun’s suspected killers as the police reveal that they have nabbed four men in connection to her death.

According to Punch, their names are Ugochukwu Udochukwu, Chidiebere Nnanna, Samuel Nnanna and David Obi.

They reportedly stabbed Moradeun in the neck around NCIE Gbagada after dispossessing her of her variables, the state commissioner of police, Hakeem Odumosu confirmed.

He said they would be charged for their crimes, saying: “On December 3, 2019, around 7pm, one Moradeun Balogun, 28, was attacked on her way from work at the NCIE bus stop, Gbagada.

“The deceased was stabbed in her neck and her Lenovo computer laptop was stolen. Four suspects, Ugochukwu Udochukwu, Chidiebere Nnanna, Samuel Nnanna and David Obi, were arrested in connection with the crime.

“The suspects are giving useful information to aid the investigation, after which they will be charged.”
