According to documents obtained by TMZ, the woman identified as Ivy Lizette Ewell Eldridge said she developed rash on her body while she was lodged in the hotel.
She claims that the hotel did not inform her about the bed bug infestation and that the bugs latched onto her skin and sucked blood while she slept. She also claims the resultant rash was very bad, she had to seek medical attention.
She has also hired the law firm, My Bed Bug Lawyer, Inc. to represent her in court as she is seeking compensation to cover her medical bills, pain, suffering and lost wages.
