According to the NCDC’s nightly updates on its official Twitter account, 463 new cases were confirmed on Tuesday, 14 July which takes the total number to a stunning 33,616.
In addition to this, 13,792 people have been discharged so far while 754 people have tragically died from this pandemic which first broke out in China in January 2020.
According to these numbers, the total number of active cases of the Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria is 19, 070.

Alongside the updated count of new cases in the country, a breakdown was also shared which shows that the virus is now in all states in the country with Lagos State recording over 12 thousand cases.
